Privacy Policy
A short note on privacy.
This is a personal site. I don’t collect, store, or sell information about the people who visit.
What this site does
ryanfinch.pages.dev is a static website. It serves a handful of HTML pages, a stylesheet, a script, and a few images. There is no database behind it, no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no analytics or tracking pixels.
The site doesn’t set its own cookies. The only third-party request it makes is to Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used here. When your browser fetches those fonts, Google may log standard request information such as your IP address and user-agent string. That data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not mine.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records basic request information (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent) for security and performance reasons. That data sits with Cloudflare and is covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
External links
A few pages link out to LinkedIn and Amazon. Once you click through, you’re on their site and their privacy practices apply. I don’t receive any data back from those visits.
